MartinRiley Project Earns LEED Certification

Congratulations to Chamber member MartinRiley - one of their projects has achieved LEED "Gold" Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Brooklyn Pointe, the Fort Wayne Housing Authority’s new Senior Housing complex, has been awarded LEED Certification, an internationally recognized green building certification system, providing third-party verification that a building or community was designed and built using strategies aimed at improving performance across all the metrics that matter most. 

These include energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts. MartinRiley architects-engineers was the project architects and engineer for the project. Brooklyn Pointe is a 20-unit complex located on Nuttman Avenue.
