Applebee's Shows Generosity in Heart Campaign

Chamber member Applebee's is showing their generosity. Applebee’s of Northern Indiana and Northwest Ohio is supporting the Go Red For Women movement with a special promotion in August. When Applebee's diners present a special flyer on any Tuesday in August, 15% of their bill will be donated to the American Heart Association's Go Red For Women campaign. Diners must present the flyer to their servers any Tuesday in August - 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, or the 31st. 

But that's not all! Customers dining at Applebee’s in August will be given the opportunity to make a donation to Go Red For Women. If they do so, they will receive a $5 Applebee’s coupon and a red dress pin. The following four Chamber member locations are participating in the promotion:

Cardiovascular diseases, including stroke, are the leading cause of death in Indiana. Statewide, they caused 18,153 deaths (33.7% of all deaths) that year.  In Allen County, 32.6% of all deaths were the result of cardiovascular diseases.
