We would like to offer a huge congratulations to Chamber member Saint Anne Home and Retirement Community! For the second year in a row they have received a perfect survey rating from the State Board of Health. Every nursing facility in the state receives unannounced visits from the Board. Surveys are a thorough examination conducted annually to ensure quality of patient/resident care and to verify a facility's compliance with state regulations. This is the second year in a row that Saint Anne's has received zero deficiencies - that's right, zero - and a perfect survey rating. That is an unusual accomplishment!
Saint Anne's has been in the community for over 40 years. They began as a nursing home, and have expanded to include 103 apartments and 16 rehab suites. They serve 165 nursing home residents and 97 apartment residents currently, and do everything they can to create an atmosphere of warmth and welcome.
