Chamber Members Ranked Among Indiana's Best Places to Work

We'd like to give a big "congrats" to four Chamber member organizations that were ranked on the 2010 Best Places to Work in Indiana list. For small to medium-size companies, the Design Collaborative was ranked #22. For large companies, Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company was ranked #10, Parkview Health was ranked #34, and Fort Wayne Metals Research Products Corporation was ranked #36. Fort Wayne Metals also has the distinction of being one of only seven companies to have made the ranking for all five years of the program. Only 70 companies total are on the ranking.

So, what does this mean? The program honors the top companies in the state, determined by employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. Each company received an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to their employees. In addition to the recognition the ranking brings, these companies can also use the report they are issued to strengthen their employee retention program and to enhance their employee recruitment.
