Tapestry Tickets Now on Sale!

Tickets for Tapestry: A Day for Women go on sale today, and I would urge you to get your tickets now, before they're all gone! (Guys, this would make a great Mother's Day or birthday gift!) Tapestry will take place on Friday, April 23 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Here are some highlights for Tapestry 2010:

• This year's speaker is Sandra Lee, host of Food Network’s Sandra’s Money Saving Meals and the multi-Emmy nominated Semi-Homemade Cooking with Sandra Lee, and Editor-in-Chief of Sandra Lee Semi-Homemade magazine. 
• For the first time ever, Tapestry will begin with a fashion show (presented by Julie Clancy, owner of Jophiel). 
• The winner of this year's Dedication Award, Betty Stein, was selected for her work as a mentor, teacher, and community servant. Read more about Betty. 
• Tapestry 2010 will break previous records for the number of students to receive scholarships and the total amount awarded in one year. The scholarships will be announced on April 23.
