Arts United in partnership with the Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce is proud to present the 2009 Artie Awards in celebration of outstanding people and organizations making exceptional contributions to the arts and cultural community in northeast Indiana.These awards will be presented at the exclusive Bravo Breakfast on Friday, April 24 at 7:30am at the Chamber's Anthony Wayne Room. The award categories will include Outstanding Arts Educator (Margaret Ann Keegan Award), Outstanding Artist of the Year, Outstanding Arts Volunteer of the Year, Outstanding Arts Corporate Supporter, Outstanding Arts Partner, Outstanding Arts Advocate, and Lifetime Achievement.
Awards may be nominated by any arts and cultural organization receiving support from Arts United in the last year, any current member of the Arts United Community Arts Council or Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce. Arts United does not guarantee that a recipient will be selected in each award category.
