Is your family in need of a makeover? One lucky family will be chosen for the Extreme Family Makeover project. Sponsored by Wane TV, Parkview Community Benefits, the Greater Area Fort Wayne YMCA and America on the Move, one lucky family in the community will have a chance to improve their health.
The twelve week makeover allows for the selected family to receive a membership to any Fort Wayne YMCA, weekly gifts to reward the family's dedication, nutrition and fitness counseling, tips on making lifestyle changes, pedometer for each family, health screens and much more.
