What: Grand Opening of the newest Brooks Construction facility and introduction of HyRAP and the important role this environmentally friendly material has in future development of our region and across the nation. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the facility, watch a live paving demonstration utilizing HyRAP and learn how the new product, developed by Brooks Construction in conjunction with Crowley Chemical Company, is manufactured. State and local officials will be present.
