Congratulations to Chamber member Signature MAC Inc for earning a Commitment to Excellence award! The Commitment To Excellence award program seeks to recognize Apple Authorized Service Providers on a quarterly basis for their accomplishments in the AppleCare Service Excellence (ACSE) program.
Award Criteria:
To be eligible for the award, AASPs with a minimum weekly repair volume of five (5) ACSE eligible repairs must maintain an average ACSE multiplier of 160 percent. Eligibility is based on each individual ship-to location. Providers with multiple locations will receive a plaque for each eligible ship-to location.
For Apple's first fiscal quarter of 2011, 19 ship-to locations, in the U.S. and Canada, met the Commitment To Excellence award criteria for the first time. 241 ship-to locations, which previously received a plaque continued to meet the award criteria.
