Community Harvest Food Bank Launches Campaign

Chamber member Community Harvest Food Bank has officially launched their $5 million capital campaign. The goal? To reduce hunger by 50 percent in five years. The campaign has been officially titled “Hunger: Help Us Fill the Need.” Fifteen percent of the local population is served by the food bank.

The capital campaign aims to further renovate the donated building at 1010 Coliseum Blvd along with the East Tillman Road location which eventually will be the site for dry goods. For more information on the campaign or on how to donate, visit www.chfb.org or call 260-447-3696.
