If you had 30 seconds to communicate to someone what you do, what would you say?
We serve homemade food for the neighborhood, everything is made from scratch. I want everybody to feel that they are in their own dining room. The Savory Dish, where they feed you like at home and treat you like family.

What is one thing that sets you apart from all others?
We are not a chain, we are a neighborhood restaurant.

Who are you looking to connect with through your Chamber membership?
I would love to meet everyone. I’m open to meeting anyone who is interested in private events, meetings, etc.

What is your #1 goal for 2010?
To build a solid clientele of loyal customers.

LANDQUEST TITLE GROUP

A Chamber member since: February 25, 2010

If you had 30 seconds to communicate to someone what you do, what would you say?
LandQuest Title Group is a full service title and escrow company serving all 92 Indiana counties.  We provide title insurance policies for residential and commercial real estate transactions. We also offer escrow and settlement services to assist the Realtor, lender and property owner to complete a seamless and properly executed real estate transaction.

What is one thing that sets you apart from all others?
There are title companies that only know how to ask for orders and there are companies, like LandQuest, that know that we don’t have the right to ask for anything until we’ve earned it. It is our goal to work with our customer; be it a Realtor, lender, attorney, etc., to help them to grow their business and succeed and to help them to become more of a trusted advisor to their clients. It is our job to make their job easier.

Who are you looking to connect with through your Chamber membership?
While we work most directly with residential and commercial Realtors and lenders, any individual is a potential client. The Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) was updated in 2010, basically stating that the individual buying or refinancing a property can choose the title company they want to use. Most individuals are not aware of this and use companies recommended to them by their Realtor or lender. It pays to shop and compare pricing and service.

What is your #1 goal for 2010?
To continue to provide an exceptional product with outstanding customer service.
