YLNI Survey Enables Young Community Members to Shape the Future

You will remember that several weeks ago we urged younger professionals in the community (ages approximately 20-40) to take Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana's 2020 Vision Survey. It was a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the region by sharing your views and thoughts for what Northeast Indiana has going for it, as well as how it can be made even better.

Well, the results of that survey will be released this evening in a special brochure YLNI has prepared. They will release the brochure at this evening's Regional Economic Summit. YLNI says that the majority of young adults are more interested in the creation of professional career opportunities and mass transit, over the creation of more bars and restaurants. They also indicated their appreciation for Northeast Indiana's low cost of living and parks.

I'm certainly looking forward to seeing the full survey results and seeing how that data helps shape the future of the region! To read more about this news, click here.
