The Phil Launches Program for Young Professionals

The Fort Wayne Phil has announced an incredible new program to engage young people in the community. They are launching an interactive education program that is for local young professionals – it’s called “Phil U,” and is a season-long program that will introduce young professionals to the many facets of The Phil. Ultimately, the goal is for the participants to walk away with a better understanding and appreciation of the music performed by The Phil, as well as for the organization overall.

Phil U is for young professionals approximately 23 to 40, who are interested in the arts (but don’t necessarily have a background in the arts or experience with concerts, etc.). Participants will be selected through an application process. Those who are chosen will enjoy free admission to a number of Phil concerts, have special behind-the-scenes access in some cases, and be able to participate in a number of social activities at some of Fort Wayne’s best establishments.

Those interested can read more and apply here. I can’t wait to apply!
