Congratulations to Chamber member Indiana Tech for being one of the 50 small business, heath care facilities, or institutions for higher education to be awarded an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant. A total of $2.85 million was awarded for energy efficiency upgrades to existing structures and the recipients were selected after a competitive application process. Applicants were permitted to seek funding of up to $100,000 with a 50 percent local match. Indiana Tech’s grant is in the amount of $46,884. An award ceremony for the grantees will be held July 1 in the North Atrium of the Indiana State House with Lt. Governor Becky Skillman presiding. Congratulations Indiana
