Congratulations to Hana Stith of Chamber member The African/African American Historical Museum - she was elected to receive a 2010 Lt. Governor's Hoosier Hospitality Award!
Ms. Stith received the honor yesterday at the Indiana Statehouse. She was nominated by the CVB, and chosen for her dedication to Fort Wayne and its hospitality industry. Ms. Stith is known for her hospitality, warmth, generosity, passion and care for visitors, and her fervor for educating people, especially children, about African‐American history. The CVB had this to say:
"Ms. Hana Stith goes the extra mile to make visitors feel welcome and plays an essential role in the success of tourism here in Allen County and we were delighted that she was able to receive this honor during 2010, the Museum’s 10th anniversary year."
