PHP Offering Scholarships

Physicians Health Plan is generously providing the opportunity for high school seniors to obtain scholarship funds if they are planning to pursue a career in a health-related field. Let's be honest - what better place to pursue such a career than in Northeast Indiana? We have plenty of opportunities! PHP will award a one-time scholarship of $3,000 to the first place winner, a one-time scholarship of $2,000 to the second place winner, and a one-time scholarship of $1,000 to the third place winner.
