New Report Details Potential Energy Economy for Indiana

The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) released a major new report Wednesday (October 7, 2009) detailing the enormous potential that renewable energy jobs have to prove a major boost to farm incomes and rural economies across the state of Indiana. With steady winds and ample access to the raw materials for biofuels, biopower and biogas, Indiana has all the ingredients needed to be at the center of a new energy economy, including job-creating investments in energy-efficiency technologies.
