Fort Wayne Sister Cities International will present the “Sister City Film Festival” on Tuesday, October 13 at 7 p.m. at Cinema Center. This year’s feature - “Departures” - is a winner of the 2009 Academy Award Best Foreign Film, and is directed by Mr. Yojiro Takita, who is from Fort Wayne Sister City Takaoka.
