Centennial Communications Acquired by AT&T
Chamber member Centennial Communications Corp. (Nasdaq: CYCL) was acquired by AT&T for $944 million in cash. The company has customers in several areas of the state including Muncie, Anderson and Lafayette. The deal is expected to close by the end of the second quarter of 2009.
