Tri State Maintenance Shines as Chamber Member

It’s been 22 years since Tri State Maintenance first became a Chamber member and that’s something we want to celebrate! As a family-owned and operated business, Tri State puts the shine on many of Fort Wayne’s commercial, medical, and industrial offices and facilities, including the Chamber. From 200 to 200,000 or more square feet, they provide over 100 cleaning professionals to make sure the job gets done right. 

Among the services they offer are complete commercial cleaning, window washing, carpet cleaning, VCT & floor care cleaning, courier service, project and location management, contract snow and landscaping management, grounds maintenance, and pest control. Tri State maintains strict client confidentiality. Each staff member is insured, bonded, and prepared with extensive training and on-the-job safety practices.
