It is YLNI Leadership Institute time again. Applications for this year's program are now being accepted through Wednesday, January 14, at Midnight. The application can be downloaded from the YLNI website (www.ylni.org).
The goal of the YLNI Leadership Institute is to cultivate the personal and professional development of existing and emerging young leaders of northeast Indiana. Five seminars of personal and professional reflection facilitated by community leaders and professional speakers will assist participants in recognizing and reaching their fullest potential.
Seminar topics include maximizing personal leadership, interpersonal communication and presentation skills, team building, diversity and community impact. Sessions will be held on five Saturdays, February through April, with kick-off and graduation events on Thursday evenings.
Please encourage those you know in their 20s and 30s to apply for this dynamic program. Only 25 seats available. Program cost: $250/person. Similar programs cost over $600. $25 discount for dues paying YLNI members. Some scholarships available. E-mail institute@ylni.org with any questions.
